ESIGELEC joins the Concours Puissance 11
	Up to now, ESIGELEC has always organised its own selection process for bachelors in line with the Post Baccalaureate Admission procedure (APB). ESIGELEC has now chosen to join a common entrance exam to make it easier for candidates to get into the School and make its position among other Post Baccalaureate schools clearer.

IRSEEM opens its new innovative Campus
	CISE, the ESIGELEC's research institute IRSEEM's new Embedded Systems Integration Campus at the IRSEEM (ESIGELEC’s research institute), opened on September 6th.
Participation at the Paris Seine Normandie® conference
	The Palais des Congrès de Versailles saw the 2nd conference bringing economic figures from Paris Seine Normandie® together on September 25th.
Training
ESIGELEC launches a new teaching method: problem-based learning
	The aim of the reform is to put students in a business situation by developing their independence, initiative and ability to work in a team.
Partner school with the Institut Mines Telecom
	The Institut Mines Telecom pools together 6 engineering schools, 4 Institut Télécom schools, 2 strategic partners Mines Nancy and Armines and a network of 10 partner schools including ESIGELEC.
CPII and CI students begin their term
	ESIGELEC welcomed a full class in September when no less than 153 CPII students (International Integrated Preparatory Programme) and 461 in the 1st year of the Engineering Programme began their term.
Research Transfer Innovation
The GEEM robot takes a new step towards autonomy
	The robot created by the GEEM, Grappe en Electronique EMbarquée, is a little more autonomous as it is now able to follow a person.
Tremplin des Génies : another successful event
	ESIGELEC tested 1st year students’ innovative and creative skills between September 26th and 28th at the second Tremplin des Génies.
Corporate Relations
The new Careers Day was a success
	ESIGELEC hosted a Careers Day on September 25th 2012 in CISE’s (Embedded Systems Integration Campus) exhibition space.
Record for training schemes
	ESIGELEC performed fantastically with approximately twenty training schemes for the 2012/2013 term.
International
ESIGELEC turns to Switzerland
	On July 11th, ESIGELEC and hepia Genève signed a partnership agreement. Hepia is part of the University of Applied Sciences and Artists Western Switzerland (HES-SO).
An Indian tour
	ESIGELEC’s Director of International Relations and Programmes, Cyril Marteaux, visited India on behalf of ESIGELEC on the Promotional Tour organised by the French Embassy and Campus France, from September 30th to October 7th 2012.
Societal commitment
ESIGELEC students at Paris Motor Show with "Elles bougent"
	A dozen ESIGELEC students attended Paris Motor Show with the "Elles Bougent" association on October 4th at the Parc des Expositions de Versailles.
Alumni
The press celebrates two graduates
	The monthly publication “Innovation et Industrie” features an ESIGELEC graduate in the "Top R&D Managers" article from the September 2012 edition.
Attendance at the Université des CCI
	On August 29th, Olivia Cao (class of 2009) was invited to attend the Université des Chambres de Commerce et d’Industrie at the Palais des Congrès de Versailles.

Support ESIGELEC's choreography !
	ESIGELEC students took part in a dance competition as part of the CREA SUP’ CUP.
Another victory at the TEIN
	For the sixth time in a row, ESIGELEC students won the TEIN (Normandy Engineering Schools Tournament) which was held on Thursday October 4th at ESIX Normandie in Cherbourg.
