ESIGELEC’s Director of International Relations and Programmes, Cyril Marteaux, visited India on behalf of ESIGELEC on the Promotional Tour organised by the French Embassy and Campus France, from September 30th to October 7th 2012. He and Vidya Suresh, the Country Manager of the Indian school representation office, met students in the cities of Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai. They promoted the new joint Masters programme in IT systems at Chitkara University in Chandigarh. They also took part in the 2nd R&D Club meeting hosted by the French Embassy in India, which ESIGELEC is a member of, alongside major India-based French companies. The club is chaired by Mrs Véronique Briquet-Laugier, Science and Technology Advisor, and acts as a place for India-based French figures to discuss the growth of research, development and innovation activities.
